from the name itself

Nikos Nyfoudis and his team, along with Asimakis Haniotis (Pied a Terre) and Prodromos Asimakis (1905 London) decide to reinvent a modern version of Greek everyday urban dining.

In the place of the historic Tiffanys restaurant that for 43 years served generations of Thessalonikians and visitors of the city, with dishes that are engraved in the gastronomic memories of an entire city, they combine their own experiences from Thessaloniki, London, Crete, Kefalonia, Tinos and wherever their gastronomic path has taken them and create Tiffanys x 1905.

The overall culinary experience starts in the kitchen, moves to the table and is framed by the overall feel of the space. Delight is hidden in the details in every part of Tiffany's x 1905, from the contrast of white and blue, the vintage touches, the classic well-worn white tablecloth to the funky mood in our frames and the messages on our staff T-shirts we want to invite you into a dimension of distance from the noise of the city and convey a hedonistic mood.

With this in mind, we created a different menu with character based on the purity of the raw material and respect during cooking.

At the same time

An important " asset " for us is Wine.

Our wine list is the result of extensive research, tasting and collaborations with wine experts and winemakers has an induction character.

What do we mean? We introduce our restaurant guests to a range of wine varieties and labels from Greece and abroad, which has never been seen before in Thessaloniki. For this reason, we invite you to a wine exploration as you have more than 550 labels at your disposal, with famous and rare varieties, from which we select at least 60, which we also serve by the glass.
